Spencer just wanted to say a huge thanks for the fab 5 day bootcamp. We had a great time - hard work but fun with so much variety. Will definately come back for more - despite the blisters! Please say thanks to all the guys who make it so great - particularly loved the surfing and kayaking! Food fab and tasty - never felt hungry once!
